High School Outreach

Tri-County Ultimate is excited to announce the launch of our Highschool Outreach Program. From Feb - June of 2025, TCU will visit your high school as a guest speaker to teach students in PE class about the sport of ultimate frisbee and how to play.

TCU will teach your high school students how to:

• Throw a backhand

• Throw a forehand

• Run a basic offense

• Play defense

• Scrimmage!
